At Avenar, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process in accordance with our return guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Items must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • Sale or clearance items may be marked as final sale (if applicable, otherwise standard return rules apply)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • We offer free return shipping for eligible returns
  • A prepaid return label will be provided when applicable
  • Customers should follow the provided instructions carefully to ensure successful processing

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or color depending on stock availability. If you need an exchange, please contact us and we will assist you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank for processing delays
